Go to bus terminal No.3.
Take a bus for Toyocho or Tokyo station (Marunouchi North)
Get off at Senda stop, it’s 6th stop from Kinshicho terminal.
Tokyo Metro/Tozai line
Get off at Toyocho station.
Walk along “Yotsume Dori street” north until get to the river walkway.
Walk along the river, you will find Park guide plate.
Yoko Jukkengawa Shinsui Koen (Yoko Jyuken River Water Park)
It’s about 20minutes walk from the Toyocho station.
